Pues eso, llevo tres desde el domingo.
el domingo VII cros de guardamar,distancia 6.250mt,tiempo...
con cabeza, la justa...23.14,no encontre mi liebre..jeje.
aun con las agujetas del domingo,el martes me tocaba una carrerita de montaña en castalla distancia 16km,tiempo...
1:21'48.esa foto es de alli.y disfrute como hacia años, cuando corria este tipo de carreras,en estas carreras el tiempo no se puede medir como en una normal,pues la dureza de las subidas y la buena técnica en las bajadas hacen que estas carreras sean diferentes,y tambien la belleza del recorrido,muy chulo.
y esta ultima, es que a salido de rebote, que coste que yo no pensaba correrla....pero oye si hay que ir se va y punto.
I CROS DE BIGASTRO.distancia 9000mt
tenia un rodaje de 105'..bueno sacando cuentas, si me voy de rafal a bigastro es una hora y 9km a 5' me salen 45'..en total 105'
joder clavao,si yo en las matematicas era...bueno como casi todos jeje..ahora la realidad es otra,pero ha salido clavao.
de rafal a bigastro.1:04. por cierto me ha saludao stanin que iba en un grupo con la bici,en ese momento no lo he conocido pero el se ha encargao de que yo supiera que era el,un saludo "murcianico".
y los 9km,agustin que iba conmigo me dice quiero hacer 42',eso esta hecho,42' pues toma 41'jeje.
bueno ha estado muy bien, alguna cuestecita,un circuito de 3 vueltas.y para ser la primera muy bien,esperemos que sigan al año que viene,aqui no he podido correr con mi nombre no me habia inscrito y he tenido que correr con el dorsal de vicente.
y la vuelta menos mal que hemos encontrao a alguien que nos trajera en coche,no estaban las piernas para mas.
el domingo 20 de diciembre media maraton de aspe,mi objetivo entre 1:27 y 1:30,para mi no es tiempo aun de correr mas deprisa,voy a ver como voy(que tonteria si yo ya se como voy) y en santa pola intentare hacer mejor tiempo.
y el 31 la san silvestre de crevillente,joder este mes me salen 5 competiciones,si mi entrenador me dijo una o dos como mucho que luego no me rindes jejeje. bueno como las e echo con cabeza pues no pasa nà.
